We have several programs from which to choose:
- Oregon First splits your commissions with you 50/50 until a total of $7,500 has been received by the company. After that, you're a 100%er!
- You keep 70% of your commissions until Oregon First has received $8,400 (this is our most popular option) - then you're at 100%.
- Go on 100% from day one by paying a lump sum desk fee of $6,600.
Our commission year runs from the day you join to your anniversary date each year.

Not according to the National Association of Realtors 2002 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. Only 3% of Buyers and Sellers chose their agent based on his or her company affiliation.
