Oregon First, the largest Portland-founded Real Estate Agency, and OnlineEd®, one of the leaders in Internet-based education services, have partnered to provide prospective realtors with a chance to earn their real estate license for FREE.

The Oregon pre-license course is comprised of 150 hours of coursework, including the study of the seven basic topics of agency, contracts, real estate law, practices, brokerage, finance, and property management at a cost of $500. Students referred by Oregon First are eligible for full tuition reimbursement upon obtaining their license.

Upon registering for the Oregon pre-license course, you will be assigned a primary instructor, who will assist you in focusing on areas to study for the state-administered examination. OnlineEd® also provides the state bank of practice questions.

Once you've completed the OnlineEd® course, you'll be prepared to take the Oregon Real Estate License Qualifying Examination.
