Avoiding Foreclosure
What is Foreclosure? It's the legal process a lender initiates to force the sale of a mortgaged property when the borrower has not met the terms of the mortgage. Foreclosures can also be initiated by others having a lien on your property such as the county if you don't pay property taxes.
